ABSTRACT
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a visão da Associação Brasileira de Agências de Regulação (Abar) quanto aos desafios da regulação no Brasil. Tal visão tem a finalidade de propor uma reflexão sobre as condutas das agências reguladoras, depois de pouco mais de 10 anos de seu surgimento na administração pública brasileira, no formato de entidades independentes.

Those studies were concern to know the accordance occupational supports and its obstacles for the employees at telecommunication center subject to MTC in the State of Kuwait. The study concentrated on the indication of occupational accordance for psychological health and its relation with the productivity of the employee of two perspectives. Quantitative and qualitative. The study was carried out randomly of 97 employees, the method of [Content Analysis] was done for self reports that contrasts the material perspectives of the factor that can affect on the occupational accordance positively or negatively special for 8 dimensions which are: Work environment, requirements of performance, work profit, chance of growth, administration, time, work force, nature of work. The study discovered that, the occupational accordance for the employees at the telecommunication center came in recurrence of 177 recurring. This recurrence is distributed between the accordance occupational supports of 38.4% and the obstacles of occupational accordance of 61.6% i.e, the obstacle of occupational accordance exceeds more than the supports of this accordance and it concentrates on 70% nearly of obstacles of occupational accordance in four fields which are: Requirements of performance, nature of work, work profit, and administration where as, there are 53% of these obstacles in four other fields which are, time, work force, nature of work and the chance of growth. It shows that, the "Chance of growth" is the only field where the recurrence of accordance supports escalates of [73%] comparing to the obstacles of accordance [27%] despite the fact that the concurrence supports is outstanding over the chance of growth and personal either. If not, that is more clear relating to the personal chance of growth. This means, the personal chance of growth creates reasons of occupational accordance with a great force made by the chance of occupational growth for the workers at telecommunication center in MTC. According to the results on which those studies arrived at, and also the ethics of organizing psychology, the study put forth the objective plan for strategic development for the telecommunication centers in the Sate of Kuwait
